Hardwood Sawmilling Certificate Summer Course

HMA’s partner in education, the Northcentral Technical College (NTC), is offering a unique 4-week program designed to prepare learners for in-demand, hands-on positions within the hardwood lumber industry. This Hardwood Sawmilling Certificate Program:

• Set for June 1 – 25; is open to all hardwood industry stakeholders; and will be conducted at the College’s Wood Technology Center of Excellence, in Antigo, Wisconsin.
• Training will focus on Hardwood Lumber Inspection; Sawing, Edging and Trimming to Maximize Profits; Hardwood Log Scaling and Grading; Species Identification for Hardwood Lumber and Logs
